  We us FedEx standard overnight shipping and charge a flat rate of $55.00. No animal will be shipped without a verbal confirmation that someone will be available to receive your shipment.

 

Please make sure that your contact information is up to date; you must provide a valid phone number and email address.

 

No guarantee on any shipment sent to a destination with temperatures below 40 degrees F or above 89 degrees F.

 

In the event that you receive a DOA (dead on arrival) you must contact Zoo Herps within 4 hours to notify us. You may be asked to take a picture of the animal which you will need to email to mark@zooherps.com and you may have to return the animal to receive a replacement or refund (subject to Zoo Herps assessment).

 

We will not be held responsible for any carrier mishandling any shipment.

 

If you prefer to have your shipment sent via UPS or any other carrier you must contact us directly and make arrangements. However the flat rate will not apply and you will be subject to the other carriers rates.

 

Airport to Airport shipment are available, however you must call to make these arrangements as well.
